Description: The "Back to Top" button is currently being obscured by the cookie accept banner. When the cookie banner is displayed, it overlaps with the "Back to Top" button, making it difficult for users to click the button. This issue affects the overall user experience, particularly on pages with long content.

Steps to Reproduce:

Visit any page on the website that includes the cookie accept banner.
Scroll down the page until the "Back to Top" button appears.
Observe that the "Back to Top" button is hidden behind the cookie accept banner.

Expected Behavior: The "Back to Top" button should be fully visible and clickable, even when the cookie accept banner is displayed.

Actual Behavior: The "Back to Top" button is partially or completely hidden behind the cookie accept banner, making it inaccessible.

Proposed Fix: Adjust the z-index or positioning of the "Back to Top" button so that it appears above the cookie accept banner. Alternatively, reposition the button or banner to ensure they do not overlap.
